Summer
& Winter
Riding Camps
New this year we will be holding a mini-camp over the Winter Break. Camp is
available for beginners to advanced riders. There will be six days
available and campers can come for as many days as they want but space must be
reserved in advance. The goal of camp is to have a fun, safe environment for kids to learn to ride and to improve
their riding skills.

A typical day at camp includes:
- Morning - grooming, riding and general horsemanship skills including:
basic riding skills, equitation, jumping, games, rides on the ditch, and
more.
- Noon - sack lunch to be brought by each camper
- Afternoon - Learning about horse and barn management, horsey arts and crafts, and horsey games
Each camper will need:
- Helmet - a bicycle helmet is acceptable
- Riding shoes - closed toe with a small heel
- Dress in layers, including a warm jacket and extra
shoes
- Lunch
- Sunscreen
- Water
Schedule
Camp is open to children of all riding abilities from the ages of 5 to 15,
each day is from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. See registration form for specific

Camp
is $75 per day and a non-refundable deposit of $25 is due for each day at registration.
